ADS THAT ROCK — REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

Ads That Rock (“ATR”) provides custom digital creative services, including video ads, puppet‑performed promotional content, and other digital deliverables. Because each project is created specifically for the customer, ATR operates under a strict no‑refund policy.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our Hostinger website and Stripe checkout.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because ATR produces custom creative work tailored to each customer’s project, all sales are final.

Refunds or returns are not offered for:

• change of mind

• creative preference differences

• dissatisfaction with subjective artistic style

• delays caused by customer communication

• optional Rocker Talker promo gifts

• misunderstanding of digital‑only delivery

• customer failure to provide required project materials

ATR commits significant time and creative resources to each project, and therefore cannot accept returns once an order is placed.

3. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once ATR has started working on your project—writing, designing, filming, performing, editing, or producing—your order can no longer be canceled.

If you need to cancel, contact ATR immediately at orders@adsthatrock.fun. Cancellation is not guaranteed.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not available for completed digital services.

Refunds are only issued if:

• ATR is unable to complete your project

• ATR declines the project before production begins

• a technical error prevents delivery and cannot be resolved

If ATR cannot complete your project for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds are not issued for:

• creative differences

• customer delays

• lack of communication

• optional promo gifts

• dissatisfaction after delivery

• misunderstanding of digital‑only services

5. Revisions Instead of Refunds

ATR may offer revisions at its discretion to improve or refine the delivered work.

Revisions are intended to adjust the existing project—not recreate it from scratch.

Major changes to the project scope may require a new order.

6. Optional Rocker Talker Promo Gifts

Some customers may receive Rocker Talker promo gifts as a complimentary thank‑you.

These items:

• are optional

• are free

• are not part of your paid order

• are shipped separately

• are not guaranteed

• cannot be returned

• cannot be exchanged

• are not eligible for refunds

• may vary based on availability

Promo gifts do not affect the digital delivery or refund eligibility of ATR services.

7. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital files due to a technical issue (email filtering, inbox limits, incorrect email address, etc.), ATR will resend the files.

Non‑delivery caused by customer email issues does not qualify for a return or refund.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a completed digital service is considered misuse of the payment system.

ATR provides proof of:

• delivery

• communication

• project files

• production logs

• customer approvals

to Stripe and the customer’s bank in the event of a dispute.

9. Acceptance of This Policy

By placing an order through our checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return Policy.
