All Ads That Rock video ads, performances, characters, voices, likenesses, scripts, and creative elements — including the Rocker Talker character — are fully protected under U.S. copyright law. ATR retains complete ownership of all characters, performances, and creative assets used in the production of your ad.

When you purchase an ATR ad, you receive a Commercial Use License that grants you the right to:

• Use your completed ad on your website

• Use it on social media platforms

• Use it on YouTube

• Use it in paid advertising campaigns

• Use it in email marketing

• Use it in digital promotions

• Use it in physical locations (stores, events, venues)

Your license is non‑exclusive, perpetual, and commercial‑use approved, meaning you can use your ad indefinitely for your band, business, or brand.

✔ What You Can Do

You may:

• Post, share, and promote your ad anywhere your business appears

• Run the ad in paid campaigns

• Embed it on your website

• Use it in reels, shorts, and promotional edits

• Download and store your ad for future use

✔ What You Cannot Do

You may not:

• Claim ownership of the Rocker Talker character or ATR creative assets

• Resell, redistribute, or license the ad to others

• Use the ad to promote a different business than the one it was purchased for

• Alter the character in ways that misrepresent ATR or RT

• Create derivative works featuring Rocker Talker without permission

ATR retains full copyright to:

• The Rocker Talker character

• All ATR characters

• All voice performances

• All scripts, writing, and creative concepts

• All video footage and production elements

Your business owns the right to use the final ad, but ATR owns the creative IP within it.
